Your profile gives you a quick overview of everything you’ve built in the app—specifically the total number of:

At a glance, you can see how often you engage with each feature and whether there's one you'd like to focus on more.

How to Use Your Profile in the Essentialize App

1️⃣ Open the Profile Screen

Tap on your profile icon in the far right position of the bottom navigation.

2️⃣ Review Your Stats

Get a quick breakdown of your Key Values, Values, Objectives, and Cool Things in the "Overview" section of your profile.

3️⃣ Adjust & Refocus

If something looks off-balance, revisit your values, add a new Cool Thing, or set new Objectives to better align with your goals.
